FIRST VISIT

If you’ve never had a Massage or Facial or Waxing, you may be wondering what to expect on your first visit to Riddhi Skin Care Spa & Esthetics During your first visit you’ll experience relaxation and comfort, dedicated to your well being and peace of mind. We want your spa experience to be a memorable one.

What To Expect

You can expect your spa treatment at Riddhi Skin Care Spa & Esthetics to be tailored to meet your needs. Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your spa service. An Esthetician will begin the process with a consultation where we listen to you and come to understand your particular concerns. We’ll review your information, including current conditions that might affect treatment or if there is a specific area or challenge upon which you’d like us to focus. During future visits, our Massage Therapist or Esthetician will ask about any changes, further tailoring your Riddhi Skin Care Spa & Esthetics experience.

Your Spa Experience

At Riddhi Skin Care Spa & Esthetics, you can expect a tranquil, relaxing and comfortable environment throughout your spa session. All rooms have individual lighting controls with the highest quality heated tables, covered in clean crisp linens and a plush blanket. You can always communicate any requests or concerns to your Massage Therapist or Esthetician during your treatment. Your level of comfort is our top priority.

SPA Etiquette

  • Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment – this gives you time to check in, slow down and relax before your session.
  • Silence you cell phone – this is your time to escape from the outside world.
  • Minimum Age Requirement – Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent must provide written permission and the parent must remain on the spa premises at all times.
  • Cancellation Policy – 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • It’s all about you – don’t be shy. Communicate with your Therapist or Esthetician that you prefer no conversation during your service except to check on your comfort, if you want more or less pressure or if you have a product preference for your skin.

 

POLICIES & CONSIDERATIONS

Reservations : You can make your reservations by either calling our Oakville location at 905.815.1555. Please book in advance to get your preferred time.

SPA Admission: We gladly welcome guests 16 yrs of age and older. All guests under 16 yrs require adult supervision to receive treatments. Children of any age may not accompany parents for treatments or to any of the other areas of the facility.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This early arrival allows you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment since it will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation of or rescheduling an appointment for a service of 60 minutes or longer. A 48-hour notice is required for any Spa Package or multiple services of three or more. A 10-day cancellation notice is required for Group and Bridal Bookings. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the services reserved for you. All ‘no shows’ are charged at full value. A credit card number will be required at the time of the reservation for these services.

Staff: All of our team members are Professionals who have received extensive training in their chosen fields. Please feel free to consult your therapist or service provider at any time during your treatment.

SPA Zone: To add to the enjoyment of your treatment, and to help others enjoy their relaxing treatment as well, please turn off all cellular telephones and pagers when you enter the facility.

Facilities: Relax in the waiting area  please refrain from bringing jewellery or other valuables into the spa as we regret we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to your personal articles.

Price List: We continue to monitor our prices reflecting the level of service and ambiance that our guests receive. However prices are subject to change without notice.
